Technical Specifications

This type of special machines is configured based on a TA36, TA-42 or TA-60 single spindle cam automatic lathe, specifically equipped for the execution of basic machining operations. After an analysis of production requirements, the machine is equipped with special equipment for component verification,  cleaning etc, depending on the processes required to manufacture the component complete.

The objective of this type of machine is to complete the process of manufacture of a component in a single machine, with a very high production capacity and a constant high quality. The diameter range of components is governed by the capacity of the single spindle cam automatic machine.

Configuration

The lathe is configured to suit the standard turning processes required by the component whilst at the same time the more specialised equipment is designed and integrated into the machine process.  Wherever posible simultaneous  operations are undertaken in order to give the best possible production performance.
