Technical Specifications

This type of special machines are configured starting on a TA36, TA-42 or TA-60 automatic lathe specifically equipped for the execution of  basic machining operations. Later and after an analysis of requirements, the machine is equipped with special machining, verification, processing, cleaning, etc. systems, depending on the necessary auxiliary processes to do in order to complete the 100% of the workpiece.

The objective of this type of machines is to complete the process of manufacture of piece in a single machine, with a very high production capacity and obtaining a constant good quality. The diameter range of workpieces comes from the capacity of the bases standard machine.

Configuration

The machine is configured depending on the manufacture processes required by the piece. Initially, the machining processes of an automatic lathe are configured, designing the rest of the processing in a parallel development configuration. This configuration allows to do different sequence operations to several pieces in parallel, saving time.
