Equipment

The distribution of the slides is rational allowing plenty of space to manipulate the toolholders.
The cylindrical or conical tool attachment may be mounted on either of the interior slides, therefore transforming it into a slide with cross movements.
The hydraulic copier attachment and the threading die are mounted on the forward slide.
The vertical slides have graduated runner in order to move to different positions using the same came.
The controls for the regulation of the different movements are mounted schematically on the control panel. The potentiometers which control the speed and production have scales according to tables. The panel is located in a zone for easy management. The entrance of water blows are avoided.

A box of microswitches organizes automatically the working cycles by means of sliding stops on a drum which are set according to the operations to be carried out. Through these micros three different independent advances can be used as well as three independent speeds with inversion can be programmed with the potentiometers.
