Single Spindle Cam Automatic Lathes

The UNAMUNO single spindle cam automatic lathes accept a range of bar diameters from 2mm to 60mm. The range of machines comprises the following models:  UNAMUNO TA-16, UNAMUNO TA-26, UNAMUNO TA-36, UNAMUNO TA-42 and UNAMUNO TA-60, depending on the required production process and bar capacity.

This range of lathes has been designed for the manufacture of components that demand volume production of medium to high quality over extended periods of time.

The various models of machines can be supplied with the necessary extra equipment and tooling according to component requirements.  These include threading equipment, knurling equipment, special drills, copying devices, recess boxes for internal grooving etc).

Also in additon to the standard machining, additional processes such as roll marking, polygon milling, and component verification can be offered.
